Can I use FotoSports.com if I do not want to post photos?
Yes. You can use FotoSports.com as your means of uploading photos for all your jobs. Simply select ’FTP Only’ in the ’Type’ menu when adding a new gallery. This will FTP your photos to our lab without adding a gallery to the website.
How long will it take to receive my photos?
You should receive your photos within 7 - 10 days from when you place your order.
Can I download my photo?
No. We have disabled the ability to download the photos. Photos are copyright protected and it is illegal to do anything with them without the written consent of the photographer.
Are there shipping charges on my order?
All orders placed on FotoSports.com, any order placed after the original photo shoot day, and any order being shipped directly to your home are charged a $3.50 shipping and handling fee. If your league opted for bulk delivery, there is no fee.
I saw a product on your site that was not available for purchase?
The products displayed are the range of products FotoSports has available. However, it is up to each individual photographer as to which products they offer.
Is the sport featured on a product the only sport that product is available?
No. The image you are seeing is just an example of the particular style. All products are available in all the sports for which we carry products.
What year is displayed on the calendar products?
Calendars ordered before August 1 will display the current year; after August 1 will display the following year.
